The following are the rules for playing on the WildBallBingo.Com website. Please read them carefully and abide by
these rules. Failure to do so WILL result in the loss of any prizes won, and players will be banned from playing on any/all
websites ran by Wild Web Ventures, LLC.
1. In order to play this game you must meet the following requirements:
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I am an English speaking person (this is to ensure fairness to all our sponsor
sites which are in English).
- By playing this game and/or visiting sponsored links, I am not violating any laws in my country or state (this means
void where prohibited).
- I am not affiliated with WildBallBingo.Com or any site affiliated with Wild Web Ventures, LLC in any
way.
2. We limit players up to 3 players per household.
3. You may only use 1 email address per account. We log IP addresses (most servers on the internet do) so we can detect multiple
users. Do not try and cheat. Doing so, will just end up getting you banned from our games and sites.
4. You may play bingo all day long, as long as you have the wild bux to do so. Our program stops you if you attempt to play games but don't have the Wild Bux to pay for them
so please visit sponsors, or play other games in order to win Wild Bux. You may also purchase Wild Bux. Please contact us for that info.
5. Jackpot winnings will be paid out in 10 annual payments starting 3 months after the prize has been claimed.(Once jackpots are set up in our games)
Please remember that prizes unclaimed for 30 days will be null and void.
6. Our numbers are drawn at random.
7. Any attempts by an individual or persons to shut down or damage this website will be investigated, and the
individual or persons at fault will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Crimial and Civil charges will be
filed, to seek justice, and all other costs (loss of revenue, damage, etc...). You were warned.
8. Our games are available on this site 24 hrs a day 7 days a week "server permitting" so you can enjoy our games whenever is best for you.
9. Wild Ball Bingo and/or its affiliates are not responsible for invalid entries caused by incompatibilities with our software. Nor is
responsible for invalid entries caused by typographical errors caused by the player.
10. Servers do go down sometimes. You will not be able to play tickets while servers are down (we should be up 99.7 %
of the time). If there is an extended down period, we are not responsible for your not being able to play a ticket.
11. We cannot be held responsible if for some reason our database goes down, or there are any errors of any kind. If in
the event you recieve an email or see a link on any part of the site stating you won, you must first get your ticket
and numbers confirmed by the Wild Ball Bingo Staff.
12. All winnings are paid in Wild Bux....Once the minimum amount of Wild Bux is acheived to have a cash-out. Player can choose to either be paid in U.S. Currency or gifts offered by Wild Ball Bingo.
13. If there are multiple winning tickets in (for the JackPot) by multiple players, the winnings will be
shared between the multiple winners.
14. We back up our servers DAILY, so if anything should happen to our database of players and numbers, it will be
backed up.
15. We will ONLY give cashouts to the email address owner, so please make sure your email address is entered in
correctly. We will not be held liable if you are the winner but you entered in the wrong email address.
16. If a dispute arises between you (the player) and Wild Web Ventures, LLC (the company) you will have a chance to tell
your side of the story. However while there will be a lot of times we agree with you, you (the player) knows and
accepts that our decision is final.
